Description
Hi all,
This lot is for 2010 copies of the Madness single Forever Young on both CD & 7 inch vinyl which are both official releases released in the 18th of January 2010 on Madness' Lucky 7 record label.
This was the released as the third single from their album 'The Liberty of Norton Folgate' and charted at number 199 in the charts.
These were only released in limited numbers so their quite rare with the vinyl being rarer than the single which is also scarce in itself. You have the opportunity to get both in one but and they don't come up on eBay that often individually let alone together.
Both play fine and the case and vinyl cover are near mint with no creasing in the vinyl cover or any marks on the acid cover. The vinyl and CD don't have any major scratches. The CD has only been played once and the vinyl is unplayed.
The tracks on the CD single are:
1) "Forever Young (Melt Music Radio Edit)" (McPherson) - 3:13
"Forever Young (Future Cut Remix)" (McPherson) - 3.28
"Forever Young (J Star Mr Wallace Dub" (McPherson) - 3:35
"Forever Young (Live From Later With Jools Holland)" (McPherson) - 3:52
"Love Really Hurts" (Charles Leslie Sabestian/Findon Benjamen David) - 3.18
The tracks on the vinyl 7" single are:
A side - "Forever Young (Original Version)" (McPherson) - 4.38
B side - "Forever Young (J Star Mr. Wallace Dub" (McPherson) - 3:35
I've been collecting Madness memorabilia for a number of years and I'm only selling these as I have another copy of each in my collection.
The photos on the listing don't do the CD and vinyl justice as they look even better in real life.
I'm starting the bidding for this lot off at a really low 1 pence with no buy it now so someone will get an absolute real bargain as these go for over £40 each normally with the vinyl being worth over £50 on its own. I'll only be selling the two as a lot I'm afraid and not individually.
Due to a few recent buyers bidding on my items and then refusing to pay for the items once they've won due to them saying they don't have the money I would kindly ask that you only bid on the item what you can actually afford to pay in guidance with eBay's own policies.
The CD and vinyl will be packaged together very very carefully. Just to add that I do not rip buyers off on postage and the postage that is quoted for each option is the actual postage price. I'll be sending the item through the Royal Mail. I'm happy for them to be picked up from me in Birmingham also.
I will accept Paypal and bankers draft for the lot and will sell to anywhere around the world.
If you'd like to see more photos or need anymore information on the items then please let me know.
I'm a genuine eBay seller (please see my positive feedback), having sold a number of signed items on eBay recently.
Thanks for taking the time to read.
