Description
These well known tracks by Madonna from the 80's are well sought after. Not only for their rarity, but also for the pictures that accompany the vinyl. There are 5 different images of altering nudity. They show a more vulnerable side to Madonna at the tender and younger teenage years. The images are tasteful and Herb Ritts captures and exposes Madonna with just the correct amount of nakedness that does not offer distaste or upset.
The 5 titles are : Papa Don't Preach Like A Prayer Live To Tell Who's That Girl La Isla Bonita
1: Papa Don't Preach holds the lyrics and the record sleeve is in Mint Condtion. A 1986 issue by Sire Records. The flip side is 'Pretender' and shows another smaller nude picture. The 7" vinyl is in very good condition, but there are some surface marks. It does not affect the sound at all.
2: Like A Prayer is a Promo record and Side B is 'Act of Contriton'. The vinyl's condition is excellent+ and shows Madonna on the flip side wearing a crop top with 'HEALTHY' written on it and is shown imitating a Backstage Pass. This is a 1989 issue with Sire Records.
3: Live To Tell has a cover in Mint condition. B Side is an instrumental version of 'Live To Tell'. Vinyl is excellent+ and the flip side of the photographic design shows Madonna in a red sleevless dress as the main picture. Of course, she is doing one of the two things she does best and is dancing in the picture. The date of issue was 1986 with Sire Records.
4: Who's That Girl has a B side of 'White Heat'. The vinyl has some surface marks that do not affect the sound and how it plays. It is in good condition. The pictures on the back are of 3 different images. There is the 'Who's That Girl' album cover alongside a still from the movie. The third shows a younger Madonna standing with hands on hips wearing a black outfit. This was issued in 1987, again on Sire Records.
5: La Isla Bonita has a cover in mint condition. Flip side is the instrumental remix of the title. The vinyl has slight surface marks and is in excellent+ condition. Again, this does not affect the sound. The reverse of the cover is an early years headshot of Madonna.A1986 issue by Sire Records.
All 5 have no middles and are Imports. All record sleeves are in Mint Condition.
