Returns & Refunds: I operate a money back guarantee so if you are unhappy with the product because it is defective, not as described or damaged please contact me to as soon as possible to arrange a return and refund within 30 days of receipt of item. If an item arrives to you damaged - please take photos of the damage including photos of the packaging (this helps me if I have to file a claim with USPS) and send those images to me when you report the issue. I know this can be a bit of a hassle, but I greatly appreciate it!
Terms:
- Returned items must be returned in their original packaging with all part(s) or item(s) included - partially returned items will not be accepted.
- Refunds of returned items will be issued within 3 business days upon my receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued via PayPal.
- If just a refund is due I will issue that promptly - within 24-48 hours. (Note: sometimes it is not worth the time or money to coordinate a return and I let the buyer keep the item in addition to refunding their money. However, I reserve the sole right to determine when that action is appropriate.)
- As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
