I ensure that the Packaging material I use is of the Highest standard. For CD's & DVD's I use Jiffy Bags and for Records I only use purpose bought Record envelopes (with stifners if required) ...

There is always a solution that can be agreed to ensure you and I are both happy.

All refunds issued will be for the auction sale price, I cannot refund Postage as I cannot recover this cost myself from the Royal Mail.....

SHIPPING :

I Ship Worldwide, but if you are bidding from outside of the UK please contact me for a shipping cost.

All Items I ship (within the UK) are covered by Royal Mail's insurance for up to the value of £28. This is included FREE in the shipping costs detailed.

I can include this service because I always get a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office every time i ship to a winning bidder. If You want added insursance on top of this please contact me when the auction has completed to get details of cost on this.

Overseas buyers should pay the extra insurance fee for postage. This covers both you and me if an item gets lost. Some items do get lost going around the world and if insurance is not taken out I cannot be held responsible for every Postal Service in the world and I cannot Issue a refund.

My shipping costs include a whole host of little extras which add up over time. So the price on the stamp is never what it costs to ship things. Sellotape, Paper, envelopes & Jiffy bags, petrol costs to the Post Office all cost real money. I always ensure my P&P is fair and competitve and state it upfront on all auctions.

If you are in the UK Personal Cheque's are ok, as are Postal Orders but they must be cleared ... this takes about 5 working days .. So Paypal is Quicker !!
