Ray of Light is the seventh studio album by American singer Madonna, released on March 3, 1998. After giving birth to her daughter Lourdes, Madonna began working on her new album with producers Babyface, Patrick Leonard and William Orbit. . This is a pop and dance album that incorporates many elements of electronic music, a different approach than his previous works. Upon its release, the album received acclaim from critics, who praised the singer's new musical direction. They defined it as their "riskiest" work, of a mature and moderate nature; they also complimented Madonna's voice. Ray of Light won four Grammy Awards out of a total of six nominations. Definitely a classic album that you must have in your vinyl collection. Now released in a Deluxe Special Edition with a fantastic 12-page booklet containing the history behind the album (booklet is in Spanish).
