Description
Madonna - like A Virgin SEALED Record w Material Girl Promo Hype US 1984 LP .
Released in 1984 from Sire Records.
Original, first US pressing with the upside down back cover and the Material Girl oval promo hype sticker on the seal, still Factory Sealed
Into The Groove is missing (it was added on later pressings of the album)
Extremely nice example! Not just 'sealed' but appears to be M-. Even on close inspection on the most faint of flaws can be seen through the shrink. A couple of these faint flaws are photographed to the best of my ability, with the final 4 pics showing how sharp and clean each corner still is.
Hype sticker is present but shows light price tag residue / damage (?) to the right side. I did not wish to damage it so am leaving it as pictured.
I seriously doubt you can find nicer. It's almost 40 years old and looks like it's been on the record store shelf for two weeks.
Lays flat. No apparent cupping. No returns once Opened. The value is in the item being factory sealed with hype. Opening will alter that value.
I am a record collector, not just a seller. I pack very very well. New mailers. Proper padding. No movement of the record in the box. Stuff cardboard corner reinforcements to prevent bumps. No greasy pizza boxes or Amazon boxes from me. Bid with confidence. See feedback of vinyl sales!
