Description

HHV.de exclusive Limited edition long sold out 20th Anniversary pressing of MF DOOM & Madlib's Madviallainy on Brown/Black Swirl Vinyl & Blue/Orange Swirl Vinyl. (LA Lakers colour vinyl and label for Madlib who is from LA, and NY Knicks colour vinyl and label for MF DOOM who is from NYC).


*Including a bonus HHV exclusive Madvillainy 60x60cm Poster - pictured*  (which was purchased separately along with the record and is not usually included)


Record is unsealed, played once but in excellent condition and safely stored in personal collection in HDPE rice paper backed inner sleeves and resealable outer sleeve included in sale along with the original inners and hype sticker placed on plastic outer sleeve.

Limited edition of 4000 copies on colored vinyl, issued in a beautiful gatefold sleeve for the first time ever!


We are extra proud to present these special editions, issued with our longtime friends at Stones Throw. Those two albums (Madvillainy & Champion Sound) became instant classics and staples at HHV as soon as they dropped in 2003 and 2004 and have a been in our hearts and rotating on our turntables for almost 20 years of HHV now.


Stones Throw went an extra mile here and made both albums available in gatefold sleeves for the first time ever: the Madvillainy sleeve includes the albums lyrics (essential stuff!) inside the gatefold while Champion Sound shows two iconic images of Dilla and Madlib taken by none other than B+. We also threw in a major league sports reference here with the custom labels and the colorways of the vinyl to make sure this is extra special and gives credit to the collaborative energy and greatness of the artists involved here. We are sure you’ll get it when you see it! Give it up for DOOM, Dilla & Madlib! We are forever grateful for your music! And big up to everyone at Stones Throw to make this happen!
