MEGA RARE Mae West on Perry Como Chesterfield Radio Show Dec 5 1949 10" Red one sided LP. Transcription recording from a 1949 Perry Como Chesterfield radio show--Mae West was banned from radio in 1937 for being too risque. She banters with Como as a guest, sings "I Want To Go Home With You" and does her own version of "Romeo & Juliet" --the audience never stops howling--it's FUNNY!!! Hand written label say's "Perry Como & Mae West Holiday Greetings To-Maurice Holcomb from Lew F(?) Studio & Artists" . Etched in the dead wax is the name Tom Moore and several numbers. In researching this recording there was one sold on 2007 and their label stated "recorded by Tom Moore Dec 5 1949". Record has LOTS of surface scratches and plays with light background noise. Hear 3 short parts of this show on youtube under J Mosrite. Comes in the original vintage green sleeve that has lipstick lips on the corner. Don't know if they are Mae's or not.
