Description
An original Magic Carpet 1972 LP on Mushroom Records - Mushroom 200 MR 20. It was kept in a box since time of release and has not been played. The cover is in excellent considering it’s vintage, as is the vinyl itself. The inner paper sleeve is slightly discoloured with age.
The Magic Carpet band created a unique sound at the time, blending European contemporary folk and Indian classical music. Singer songwriter Alisha Sufit contributes vocals and guitar, Clem Alford Sitar, Keshav Sathe tabla percussion and Jim Moyes guitar. The band created an innovative sound of the times.
The LP will be mailed in thick cardboard with the LP outside the sleeves in a new poly sleeve to prevent splitting. The LP will be fully insured.
