Description
From I think 1975 on the BBC's BBC Radioplay Music transcription label comes this stunning LP by entitled 'Frankfurt Folk Fest'' (TSRP 7436). This LP exclusively features 4 tracks by Judy Collins 'Both Sides Now, Someday Soon, Tom Thumb Blues and Man Of Words', 2 tracks by The Johnstons 'Lark In The Morning, The Tunnel Tigers', 4 tracks by Claire Hammill, 'Wraggle Taggle Gypsies, Crying Under The Bedclothes, Nothing Better To Do, Baseball Blues and 3 tracks by Magna Carta (composed by Chris Simpson) 'Parliament Hill, Airport Song and Old John Parker'. This LP was never commercially available and was only pressed in tiny numbers. possibly as few as 100 copies for exclusive use in BBC Radio stations . Housed in a cool art sleeve. Sleeve has some edge/ring wear. Record in excellent condition with clean stamped labels and a nice sheen. Very difficult to find now. Please see my other SESAC/BBC Coded Music/BBC Radioplay LPs.
