Mahler Symphony 10 / Strauss: Death & Transfiguration: Szell. SAX 2488. Factory Sample. Matriz runout: YAX 990-1 & YAX 991-3.Please note that my grading is by visual means but will test play if requested. A very nice copy. Vinyl possibly excellent but a shallow hairline mark on side 2 (Strauss). Sleeve is intact with very slight nicks on the spine, light foxing development and a bit of age grubbiness around flip-backs. Inner is original and intact. Factory Sample sticker is genuine as my dad worked for EMI and this was in his collection. Shipped in poly protective sleeve and record mailer via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed / International Standard plus extra insurance. Customers from European mainland should ask for invoice so that I can reduce the postage.
I HAVE NOW TEST PLAYED THIS RECORD FOR A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER AND I AM HAPPY TO REPORT THAT I DID NOT DETECT ANY POPS, CLICKS, SKIPS OR JUMPS. It does crackle at the beginning of each side but I hope that a good clean should help to remove this. I have cleaned it once already with a recognised record cleaning product and will do so again before dispatch.
