Mahler Das Lied von der Erde Bernstein UK Decca SET 331
James King and Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau with the Vienna Philharmonic conducted by Leonard Bernstein perform Mahler’s “Das lied von der Erde”. An English stereo pressing on the Decca Label (SET 331 stampers 5W/7W), the labels are purple with silver lettering with Made in England by… at 10 o’clock, a full frequency stereo sound (ffss) logo and fatband, and a groove. The record, part from a few minor surface scuffs, is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover has minor wear only and comes with a libretto.
