Mahler Symphony 9 Klemperer UK Columbia SAX 5281 / 2 ED1 2 LPs

 

Otto Klemperer conducts the New Philharmonia in the Mahler “Symphony No. 9”. A two record set, this is an English stereo pressing on the Columbia Label (SAX 5281/2). The labels are red with a large fan-shaped Columbia Logo, and Made in Great Britain at 6 o’clock. The records are excellent appearance, and play and sound superb with a minimum surface noise. The covers have rubbed a little.
