An excellent set of 2 stereo LPs from HMV Records. SAX 5281/5282 This is the original 2 single lp release, before it became a later boxed set. Rare today.

This is a most celebrated recording of this work. Klemperer presides over a deeply moving and musical performance.

The recorded sound is full, clear and well balanced, as always from this company.

This is a stereo LP release in very good condition. The LPs is pressed in Britain on good old thick vinyl. The surfaces are very clean, having been part of a specialist collection.
