Description

These famous recordings are part of a very large collection of LPs which I have purchased over the past 40 years and have been lovingly cared for and only played on top quality record decks so be assured they are in tip-top  condition and have only been played two or three times,once recently to check they were still in perfect order.Both LPs are in near Mint condition with no visible marks or scratches on the playing surfaces and the sleeves are also in clean unmarked condition.  This record release is unusual in that the Symphony takes up only three sides of the LPs the fourth side being blank with the HMV gramophone simbel stamped onto the vinyl, see photos, have never come across any other examples of this on LPs so are quite collectable and are of course beautifully recorded and has long been regarded as one of the finest recorded performances of this work, which dates from around 1964.
