MAJOR MINOR MMLP21:  GORDON BECK QUARTET  'Experiments With Pops'

UK jazz rarity from 1968, an album that found this popular pianist sharing the lielight with guitar-hero, John McLaughlin. The quartet was completed by Jeff Clyne (b) and Tony Oxley (d).  It was recorded on December 7th 1967.  This is an UK 1st Major Minor deep groove mono pressing with red/black and white printing/logo label.

Side 1 'These Boots Are Made For Walking'/'Norwegian Wood'/'Sunny'/'Up, Up And Away'

Side 2 'Michelle'/'I Can See For Miles'/'Good Vibrations'/'Monday, Monday'

CONDITION/DESCRIPTION: The disc is EtoE+ (VG+toVG++) with some very light scratches, visible under a bright 'grading' light. There is also some surface dirt/dust. This disc would benefit from being cleaned. The cover is E+ (VG++), with minor surface scratching/creasing/shadowing and a small amount of surface dirt/staining. There is also a small amount of slight residue from a sticky label in the top left hand corner.
