Description
My cousin was cleaning out his basement including a multi-generation record collection. I told him I would take the records. His wife is from Hawaii. I was happy to see this album, and got a nice surprise when I saw it contained a like-new record and fliers for a concert. However, when I was photographing the album, it slipped and I ended up scratching it with my fingernail horizontally (last photo, below the reflection). The scratch is shallow and I cannot feel it with my fingernail. The album is dusty.
The album features the Kamakawiwo'ole brothers, Skippy and Israel (who passed in 1997), in their original Hawaiian folk group.
The jacket is in good clean condition. Light ringwear on the top and bottom. There is wear along the edges, especially near the bottom of the spine (no paper loss). The sleeve is yellowed with age and intact. Both sides of the record are etched POKI SP7 9058 S-8249.
I will ship with the record and sleeve outside of the jacket, and place the record in a plastic sleeve in a record mailer with large cushion bubble wrap on one side via USPS Media Mail. Please let me know if you have a different preference. Thanks for looking.
