Mal Waldron Mal-1 Prestige 7090 446 W 50th DG RVG LP.
Quintet players include, Gigi Gryce, Idrees Sulimen, Mal Waldron, Julian Euell and Arthur Edgehill.
I live in St. Petersburg Florida, and Idrees Sulimen used to come into my place of business often as he was born here.
He was ailing in health and sadly was not playing anymore. He did tell some great stories.
The vinyl visually looks between vg and vg+ with a few light surface marks. We have cleaned this record
on a VPI machine and play graded it. It plays in a strong vg+. The cover is vg-. Age spotting can be seen on front and
mostly on the back ( white paper). 1/4 of the lower and about 1 inch toward the top of the spine have paper damage.
Aprox. 1 inch split top seam from open side. I have lots of experience with grading records as I have been doing it
for 37 years. I use the standard grades that are published by Goldmine.
Records are shipped outside the covers. Placed in a 3 mil outer sleeve then wrapped in bubble wrap and inserted with
stiff cardboard insert into a record mailer.
