Getting a regular round of jazz vinyl auctions going for the next month or so, mostly original pressings, some early reissues. Be sure to follow!
Description: Original mono with DG and RVG stamps
Vinyl Condition: G+ this has 4" long hairlines on it and scuffs and looks every bit of the grading, and yet, somehow this plays much nicer. There is some light crackle here and there, but there are portions of this that play VG and VG+. I couldn't find any feelable marks here, nor areas with repeating pops or significant disruption. But again, it looks G+, and I don't want anyone to be disappointed.
Cover Condition: VG sort of a jagged 4" split at the upper side seam, and some seam flaking at the top, handwriting on back, but still presents well
My packaging process:
I pack vinyl records well to reduce the chance of damage in transit. This entails first ensuring that all vinyl records have inner sleeves and outer sleeves, and that records are removed from the jacket and placed behind the jacket for shipping to reduce the potential for seam splits (obviously not including sealed items). I use at least 2 cardboard inners, one on either side of each record, to help protect the item and to ensure sturdiness of the package. Every record is shipped inside a record mailer, with the max of 3 records inside any individual mailer. If there are more than 3 records in your shipment, I use an appropriately sized box to ensure contents don't shift.
My shipping process:
I offer combined shipping for domestic orders. For media mail, it's the base rate or the first LP, and $1 for each additional LP. Priority Mail rates are based on total weight. I often ship immediately, but always within two business days of payment.
International orders shipped via the eBay International Shipping Program, and ebay manages the invoicing process on my behalf.
