Description

Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

This is an auction for: Mandy More – But that is me – MEGA RARE Original Philips Vinyl LP album from 1972.

This is the MEGA RARE original and official Philips release of this classic album from 1972.

This album almost never turns up for sale. Here is a chance to own my original Philips issue of Mandy More’s one and only album.

Vinyl Condition: G/VG (The record has some surface marks in place ie light scuffs and some light scratches etc but plays great with no sticks or jumps. There is some light distortion in places more so towards the centre of the sides indicating that the record has had quite a few plays over the years. It still plays great though but the sound quality is not quite what it once was. There is some crackle but overall nice playback).

Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Plain white inner has been replaced with a new polylined inner. I still have the original inner sleeve which I will include too).

Outer Sleeve Condition: Fair/Good (Sleeve has a lot of creases at the bottom right corner and the same affects the reverse side. It has probably got bumped at some point over the years.  There is some edge and corner wear and creasing but is ok. Text on spine is fine and is all there. There is an approx. 1cm tear to the opening of the sleeve and the front and back faces have some yellow foxing marks in places. Overall the sleeve has some history and signs of handling/storage but is ok for its age).

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.

If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR POSTAGE ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING.
