Manfred Mann Chapter Three - 1st LP
(Vertigo VO 3 UK LP 1969)
This is a UK original LP pressing on the "Swirl" Vertigo label. It has a matt gatefold sleeve. It comes with its original polythene lined "Swirl" company inner sleeve. The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press 1Y#-3/ 2Y#-3 matrix stampers. Side 2's label has the "A Philips Record Product" credit. A great late 1960's UK Prog-Rock-Jazz LP.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is some moderate rubbing wear to the top & bottom edges. There is mild to moderate rubbing wear to the spine. There is a mild sticker tear over the Vertigo logo on the front sleeve. There is some light or mild ringwear. There is some mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. Good++ condition
Vinyl: The polythene inner sleeve has left some light or mild marks on the vinyl in some areas. These do not affect play at all. Otherwise, there are some light or mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light VG condition. The labels are in VG++ condition & show light to very mild spindle wear only. The "swirl" company inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some light to mild ringwear & creasing. There are no seam splits.
I have fully play tested this LP. It plays VG+ to Near Excellent overall. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in some quieter places.
