I recently purchased a beautiful jazz collection here in Miami and will be listing some of the better titles,please check me out during the coming weeks.
Up next is: "35 minutes of percussion madness,2 sides of Afro Cuban funk paradise from renowned legend Manteca! Born and raised in Cuba,Lazaro Pla was a master "bongosero" known worldwide as Manteca. This mid 70 rarity cut right here in Miami will please all interested in pure deep Latin music w relentless bass driven grooves feat Manteca's percussive extrapolations as well as the amazing contributions of Nelson "El Flaco" Padron on timbales and Carlos "Patato" Valdes on conga. Manteca was a featured performer w pianist Ernesto Lecouna and his Cuban Boys. His recorded output is very limited. Here is a chance to hear the master in full flight. There is a strong rumor that Cachao is on bass?
LP is still in shrink in EX+ w brilliant lustre and deep groove press. Not a wimpy reissue this is the real deal and the second copy I have ever sold since 1972. Jacket is EX+++ w a tiny corner bump keeping it from NM.
I know most collectors including myself like to know some provenance about their records. Every jazz Lp I will be listing came from the same private collector who has been one of my best customers since 1984 when I opened my retail store (Blue Note) in Miami and he was 60 years old then (do the math). A hip senior N.Y, cat w exceptional taste who started collecting during the golden age in N.Y. If you don't believe that just look at what i'm listing and wait till you see what's coming. Packaging:
To prevent splitting, we ship all records in a 2–3 mm sleeve, outside the jacket. All records are packed in a new record mailing box (tested 200 lbs.). I Pack and ship every Monday

Sealed Items:
Please allow me to open any sealed records before they are mailed to check for warps or flaws. I cannot accept a refund on a sealed item once it's opened.
