Manuel Gottsching - E2:E4 – Inteam Gmbh
Original German 12" pressing. Cat No: ID 20.004. Groundbreaking early electronic track which had a massive influence on some of the pioneers of modern dance music.
Derrick May said that he and his friends would listen to the whole LP over and over again for weeks, Juan Atkins said the same and it fit in with his early vision of science fiction music from outer space, and clearly had an influence on his early Model 500 / Metroplex output.
Sampled many times since, most notably on "Sueno Latino". Very very inspiring and very deep music.
This is the genuine original first pressing. Not a fake or repress. It was limited to 1000 copies only. The vinyl and sleeve condition are first rate. it plays fine throughout (which is needed as it's essentially an ambient piece) and the cover is the embossed sleeve which is still in its original shrinwrap. (Small, neat import label - see scan).
This is seldom seen on ebay and in this condition is well worth imho the buy it now price. (V Good to Excellent copies have gone for £80+).
