Description
The cardboard ‘slick’ produced by Track Records as a sample of the original Hard On Love album sleeve. It is made up of two pieces – the outer front and back LP sleeve, and the inner LP sleeve with the sleeve notes and photos. A legal injunction from Bolan stopped its release and this was junked. A Polydor employee rescued it for his archives. It's slightly battered round the edges, but in excellent condition, and an extremely rare collector's item. A couple of test pressings of this release (catalogue number 2406 101) are known to exist, but this is the only slick known about. Released later on CD this is a collectors dream.
