Marc Bolan / T Rex NEW ZEALAND Original LP Electric Warrior Polydor Records Unique
Original NEW ZEALAND pressed LP on Red Polydor Record Label (2326 001) “Price Code A” appears on the rear sleeve which is incontrovertibly an indication of its New Zealand origin. Has a ridged label that is characteristic of New Zealand pressings at that time.
Run out matrices are:
Side One: 2326001 2187 700
Side Two: 2326001 2195 700
This has a unique catalogue number as opposed to the UK Cube / Fly reference.
Record in VERY GOOD PLUS condition, verging on EXCELLENT. The record has been played but still well cared for. There are some visible marks and scuffs but nothing deep. Very solid, weighty record will play without hindrance.
Labels are clean - no writing, stickers or tears to either label. PLEASE see the photos.
Sleeve in GOOD condition only. This black, unlaminated sleeve, was always going to be prone to wear and are almost impossible to find clean. This was a gatefold sleeve that has numerous creases and edgewear on every seam. The bottom seam is completely gone and is torn at the rear but still intact. There is nothing missing. Has the distinctive “Polygram” marketing logo on the rear sleeve, again indicative of its New Zealand origin.
