Description
This used to be one of my bloke's favourite records, bought new in 1968. It's in very nice condition, given its age. The audio starts really badly with three clicks, and you expect the worst - but from then on it is really great to listen to. The musicians are first-rate - Henry Lowther, Clare Lowther, Tony Reeves, Mike Travis - and marc's guitar and voice are both really appealing.
BAD POINTS: The aforementioned three clicks! The sleeve has some wear at the corners, a slight bend top left, and the back (un-laminated) is dirty in places, especially at the top where the record mark is pretty obvious. The lamination has a few slight imperfections.
GOOD POINTS: It plays very nicely indeed, the vinyl looks fresh and shiny, and the labels are very good. It plays well, and is always enjoyable to listen to. The spine (see pics) is very good - and note that the performer name is mistakenly put as MARK Brierley.

My bloke and I are reluctantly selling our cherished record collection, to make more space and to make a bit of money to pay for home improvements.
We bought records mainly in the 60s and 70s.
We are not sure what the best method of selling is, but thought we would test the water with a few of extremely various quality on eBay.
We are novices at selling records, but will state our opinions about each one clearly and honestly.
We will also use good quality LP mailers with stiffener.
We will normally ship the same or the next day we get your payment.
We will try to follow the Record Collector grading guidelines:-
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
