The Saxaphone - Volume 4 - 10" - Made in England - LX 3142
This is near perfect - just slight age yellowing on the white back cover - otherwise Excellent condition cover and vinyl.

These items belong to the deceased estate of Mr S. P. Newcomb (Auckland) who recently passed away. He was a respected worldwide authority on military, brass and wind bands (as well as arranger, conductor and author).
The items for auction are only the recorded music and programmes. His lifelong and exquisitely detailed research is being donated to the New Zealand library and we are looking for a good home for his international research (which is the mainstay of his work). If you can recommend a specialist institution that offers referenceable materials for students of music, brass or military music history, please contact me (There’s a lot of it! – it is a man’s lifelong passion).
All the funds from these auctions will be returned to the Newcomb family to cover their expenses (and there are many items to list) – so please come back and have a browse.
