Description

An extremely rare 1st and only pressing from the Musica Popular Brasilieira Contemporanea series, Marcos Resende & Index's 'Festa Para Um Novo Rei' was released in 1978 on Philips (6349 374). The unusual textured sleeve is graded a very strong VG+, arguably Ex, with very minimal signs of wear. The vinyl looks VG+/Ex but I've graded VG+ as there are very light and occasional occurances of surface noise when played - I'd be very surprised to find a copy of this particular record with which this were not the case. Overall a real collector's item for lovers of brilliant Fender Rhodes-heavy Brazilian jazz.
