Description
This is a fully autographed original first pressing of "Script For a Jester's Tear".
The album was signed by all the members of the band in at a promotional visit to what was then the Virgin store in the (now demolished) Tricorn Centre in Portsmouth to co-incide with their visit to play at the Guildhall in March 1983.
The signatures as follows:
Steve Rothery (Jester's waistcoat) Pete Trewavas (above violin case) Mark Kelly (table) Mick Pointer (lower window pane) Fish (upper window pane)
The pens used by Fish, Pete and Mick were some form of marker pen. Mick's signature (the only one in blue ink) has 'bled' a little into the cover. I've tried to get some close ups of each autograph in the pictures.
As for the LP itself, it has had some play although not recently.
