Yes Recalled after Legal issues pushed the Producer to pull all the unshipped copies. Only some preordered copies are available. So this is a Unknown and Limited edition which has Legal issues not pressing problems. 
In Mint Condition and sealed. But the shrink wrap didn’t seal partly during the shrink wrap process. But sealed still. Not opened. Private seller.. I decided the prices are already to high to want  to risk playing this.. Better to sell..
