Marilyn Monroe on MGM 78 record. 'Diamonds are a girls best friend'

An old 78 record from MGM featuring marilyn Monroe. Ones side has 'Diamonds are a girls best friend' the other 'Bye bye Baby'. Sadly there is a chip on the very edge of the record, I can photograph this if you wish. Record may be of interest to a collector or MM fan. If condition is important pleas ask me for more detail as I don't want tosel this and have someone disappointed. It weighs 168 grams but will need a lot of protection as these things are fragile (I broke some....). It will cost £3.50 to send this to a UK address.

1.POSTAGE & PACKING
I will always combine postage. PLEASE let me know if you intend to bid on more than one item and don’t pay any invoices until all you are bidding on have completed, I will then issue one invoice for all items.
I will send to you as cheaply as the UK postal service will allow. I don't agree with profiting from postage and don't do it intentionally. If cost is significantly less than my estimate I'll rebate any difference to you, if it's more I hope you'll understand.
I re-use any boxes that I can steal so apologies if the object of your dreams arrives in a cat food, dog biscuit or wine box.
If you want your stuff sent some other way – carrier pigeon, mule train or whatever- let me know.

Overseas postage will depend on final weight after packaging the article. Ebay insists that I provide a cost, I will therefore quote worldwide maximum cost, which depending on final weight and destination may well be lower.

4. GENERAL BORING INFORMATION
I describe things as best I can, given the limitations of my eyesight and boredom. Everything I am selling is likely to show its age, same as me. If you want more information let me know and we can talk  - I don’t want the hassle of dealing with irate customers! However, if it turns out that there is something wrong with your purchase, get back to me and I'll sort it out. But, please do bear in mind that all the stuff is old and bound to have imperfections. Like some people I know.......
I am a hoarder, not a dealer and as you can see from my feedback I'm far happier buying than selling. However, after having a word with she-who-must-be-obeyed I got a paragraph or three back about getting rid of the dozens of boxes of 'junk' filling up the sheds, garage etc. She also said she’d leave if I bought another shed (that seemed a reasonable deal actually....). Anyway, she’s still here, and I haven’t got another shed. I am now in serious earache zone, therefore will be listing all sorts of stuff I've picked up over the last 30 years. If there’s anything in particular you are looking for let me know...there’s a chance it’s out there in one of those boxes & if I come across it I’ll let you know.
My photographic skills are approaching 1/10, even with my ‘new’ idiot-proof camera. If you need more/better photos let me know and I’ll try and find someone’s child to take some. Best of luck should you decide to bid - and please do bid, she-who-must-be-obeyed will be sooo pleased.....
