Description

Up for sale is a complete 4-disc 78rpm album set of Mario Lanza’s Because You’re Mine, issued by RCA Victor in 1952. This is the scarce DM-7015 78rpm edition, released alongside the much more common LP (LM-7015) and 45rpm box (WDM-7015). Late-era 78 album sets like this were pressed in relatively small numbers, making them difficult to find today—especially complete and in nice condition.

Catalog details:

  • RCA Victor Red Seal – DM-7015

  • 4 × 10" 78rpm shellac discs (10-3914 / 10-3918, etc.)

  • Original album binder with intact sleeves

  • Includes all eight selections from the film, including “Because You’re Mine,” “The Lord’s Prayer,” and “Granada”

Condition:

  • Records: VG – clean surfaces, play with quiet backgrounds for RCA 78s of this era; no edge flakes or lam cracks.  A couple of rim chips won't affect play.  (Study photos.) 

  • Album binder: VG+ – bright front cover, strong spine, corners not crushed, sleeves intact. One of the nicer examples you’ll find of this late 78 album set.

Each record will be placed in its original album sleeve, then the entire album set will be wrapped in bubble wrap, cushioned with stiff cardboard, and double-boxed for extra protection.
