Visual grading : record is EX+ full lustre has minimal wear. Clean labels with just a trace of light spindle wear  Playing grading : record is EX+ plays very well with loud and clear sound Cover grading : folder laminated cover is VG to VG+  very nice cover but all four corners are rounded. Has light wear to corners and to edges. Top and bottom spine have a small pieces of paper missing because of rounded corners. Very light rubbing in inner parts
