Rare Autographed Special Label 78rpm Souvenir Record by Marion Harris Marion Harris was a top Vaudeville and Night Club performer, well known to most record collectors. In July-August 1923, Miss Harris had Personal Appearance dates in Los Angeles She appeared at the Club Royale "Los Angeles' Most Distinctive Cafe" During this performance run, an enterprising Music store in L.A. had special labels prepared. The special labels, designed to fit over the labels of Miss Harris' Brunswick Records, mention the venue and allowed a space for an autograph by the artist. Marion Harris personally autographed one side of these souvenir records (see photos) "Blue" and "Sweet Indiana Home" (accomp. by Isham Jones Orch.) are the selections.
