BOOMERANG 45 rpm Vinyl 7" Record Marni Nixon et al.
Although Marni Nixon was denied screen credit, prestige and fair royalties for a good portion of her career, she is best known for dubbing the singing voices of the leading actresses in films, including The King and I, West Side Story, and My Fair Lady.
In the 1970s and 80s she hosted the children's program Boomerang at Seattle's KOMO ABC-TV Channel 4. During her time there, Ms. Nixon performed songs with Lee Olson and Kathy Tolan for the show. This record features 4 songs written by Stan Keen and performed by the trio.
Record is in excellent condition with no scratches. All songs play with no noise or skipping and are the ones listed on the label. Comes in original printed paper sleeve that has Christina 12-17-76 written on a corner. A neat piece of history or a way to bring back old memories. See photos for details.
