This sale is for the pictured LP.   I don't have a way to test it.  Due to the unusual characteristics of the vinyl and the wear/use marks on it, I'm not comfortable guaranteeing any particular grade.  This is being sold in as-pictured, AS-IS condition.

The cover is in good overall condition with light edge and corner wear.

One of the inner sleeves is missing.  The sleeve that's pictured is in good overall condition with light edge and corner wear.

Due to the "platinum" nature of the vinyl, I'm not sure if the sides are in great shape of if the metallic surface is making it hard to see scratches and scuffs.  So here is what is obvious to me in the following photographs:
1. Fifth photo (first photo showing entire vinyl side).  I see minimal-to-no marks on the surface.
2. Sixth photo (flip side of the above).  I see the one significant pictured mark, although it doesn't look deep.
3. Eighth photo (second record).  The surface looks generally excellent with the one weird pictured spot.
4. Ninth and tenth pictures (flip side of the above).  This is the worst of the sides with odd scuffs and scratches, although none look deep.

NO SALES OUTSIDE THE US without specific pre-approval.

Florida State Sales Tax .  I collect local Florida State Sales Tax if your Ship To address is in Florida.  
Other States' Sales Tax  . EBay automatically collects and submits state sales tax for certain other states.  EBay adds the tax to your purchase total and EBay submits the tax to your state without any input or say-so from me.  I have no control or ability to alter this in your invoice total.  You'll need to research EBay for the current list of "taxing" states if this is going to affect whether or not you purchase from me.
Payment or payment-related communication is expected within 3 days.
Local pickup is encouraged, I'm located in St Petersburg, Florida, about 15 minutes off I-275. 
Shipping:  I am generally specific about the USPS service and cost. If you need or expect something else you'll need to let me know before the auction ends.  
Combined shipping discounts:  I'm happy to offer combined shipping discounts when I can.  If one or more item is heavy and the quoted rate is for a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, I can't guarantee that there will be a savings by combining shipping.  If this might be an issue, inquire before bidding.
Returns & guarantees:  Assuming the item is properly described, than all items are sold as-is, with no guarantees, no satisfaction-guaranteed-or-your-money-back, and no-returns-accepted, except as follows.  If the above item description indicates that the item is "new" and/or guaranteed to work, then you will have 14 days after I've mailed the item to evaluate it and contact me if it doesn't work for return authorization.  If the description does not specifically say that the item is guaranteed, then it's not.  If the item is not properly described, for instance it has a significant undescribed/overlooked flaw, then I would consider that covered by my return/guarantee policy.  If the item is specifically sold "as-is" and I indicate that I'm not familiar with the item or unable to test it, then you need to consider that it might be complete junk, unusable, and unreturnable, and bid accordingly.  If the item is authorized for return you'll have a week, unless otherwise arranged, to get it back into the mail to return to me if you want a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: None.  If we come to some kind of arrangement for international shipping, your item might be subject import fees when it enters your country. I have no control over this, you will need to research your country's regulations if this might be an issue.
