Martha Argerich plays Prokofieff & Ravel Piano Concertos
Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Claudio Abbado.

The LP is in VG+ condition. Side one has intermittent faint surface noise, which was not overly intrusive, and one or two pops/ticks, but very few. I heard two quiet 3 rev ticks, and two louder 2 rev ticks. Side two is much the same, some quiet background noise, not too much and not overly disturbing. A couple of 2 rev ticks, and a few more pops.ticks than side one. Over all the sound is excellent, but I think the record needs a proper clean. The cover is in EX condition. Clean and shiny with only a few marks/creases here and there.
Benchmark performances from Martha Argerich in these two masterpieces. The partnership between her and Abbado makes for wonderful music making.
This LP comes from a large collection of records owned by a retired music professor that I am selling on his behalf. I do no grade the records visually, I listen to them in their entirety and try to give as accurate description of the condition as I can.

For UK customers I send parcels 2nd class standard, but am happy to revise this and send them 1st class if preferred, just let me know. For orders over 2kg in the UK courier options are also possible and very economical. On request I am also happy to use a courier service for orders over 2kg which may well be more economical. I will always try to find the best option available, but please ask straight away if you would like to do this.
Please note, I would appreciate payment within 4 days. Owing to my work schedule, the longer I have to wait for payment the more complicated it gets for me to send items on time as I travel a lot. It also makes life a lot easier for me if I only have to make one trip to the post office to post all sold items at the same time. If this is a problem, please contact me straight away so we can work out the best way to proceed.
