This album by Marty Paich featuring a Cheesecake cover is a must for the serious jazz collector.   

This album is from an extensive collection of early jazz albums that I am selling for a Vermont client, so look back often to take advantage of a wonderful collection. 

I take a lot of pictures as they tend to show the condition better than I can describe them.  Be sure and check out the pictures and ask for more if there is something specific you want to see.

RECORD - graded Very Good - deep groove MONO
has some scatches and scuffs but they don't affect the listening experience.  

labels are both in excellent shape with minimal marks around spindle hole (see pictures).   

The runout areas (deadwax) have the correct markings:

SIDE 2  (R-8428 V2)

COVER - graded Very Good 

no shrinkwrap - no writing or price sticker on the cover - 1/4" seam split on bottom near mouth - mouth opening edge has some chipping (see pictures) - some corner bumping and light foxing on back near mouth (see pictures)

This album plays with no distortion, skipping or other major audible defects.  There is an occasional surface noise (dust/static) but never anything that interferes with the music quality.

CLEANING

I do a cautionary cleaning only, some light brushing with an approved audio carbon fiber brush and minimal use of audio cleaning solution if warranted. I do not professionally clean my records, I leave that up to the new owners.

GRADING

I utilize the industry standard for grading, Goldmine's, and I tend to grade conservatively.


PACKING
All records are shipped outside their covers, in new sleeves, packed between 2 sturdy corrugated cardboard flats and mailed in an approved record mailer.
