This is a mint condition record & signed photo. The cover has some dust, but the record has never been played, and the photo is untouched. This featured the record A White Sport Coat And A Pink Carnation. The label on the record has sustained some wear, but the actual record is in mint condition (hence the rating "near mint" is only for the label). Marty Robbins was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona, and was ( Is) a very popular country western singer .  He also rarely signed so his signature is very hard to find and very desirable.
