Marva Whitney Live And Lowdown At the Apollo on the King label. Super good sister funk from the James Brown production house! A live recording but does not have that annoying “live” crowd sounds throughout- only at the beginning. A killer soul funk document! An original ‘69 US pressing, vinyl is VG+ or better, original inner sleeve. Cover is tight, and clean, light initials written at top left, hole punch. Some light storage/shelf wear, naturally with age.
Nice player- signs of a well handled record- play tested throughout on hi-end equipment- this copy plays near perfect- any serious collector should be pleased. Cover is tight, intact, crisp and clean. See series of detailed pics to accompany my description.
