Japanese Pressing Vinyl LP Record with Obi and Inserts
Cover: good/very good, stain, light scuff and light small crease, 6 pages lyric sheet attached inside, gatefold cover.  Record: acceptable/good, light warp (plays fine) and scuff.  Obi: very good.  Inner Sleeve: good, split (1.3 inches), light scuff, light stain and light crease, advertising sleeve.  Questionnaire Card: very good.
