Description
Massive Attack vs Burial Limited Edition vinyl numbered 786/1000.
Limited to 1000 hand-numbered copies released on 180-gram heavyweight vinyl housed in screen-printed cover with gold glitter.
The record itself is in near-mint condition like new with no scratches or marks. Only played a couple of times.
The outer sleeve has some minor shelf wear and a few little creases here and there along the edges but there are no tears, rips or folds and all the glitter is intact. Please see the photos.
Overall, a beautiful example of a highly sought after grail piece for any Massive Attack or Burial fan.
A lot of people complained at the time of this release that the audio quality on side 2 of their vinyl was poor quality due to the record being badly pressed. I’m not sure if I got lucky with this pressing or if those listeners just weren’t used to Burial’s heavy use of crackles but this copy sounds fine to me! Play tested great.
Track B contains a sample ("let love flower") from Massive Attack's song Psyche.
The Matrix INHALEGOLD is an anagram of Heligoland which is the title of the album by Massive Attack that contained the original version of Paradise Circus.
Four Walls is a remix of the unreleased song of the same name by Massive Attack.
Both Four Walls and Paradise Circus feature vocals by Hope Sandoval.
