Grading is based on visual inspection.

  • This rarity is one of a Limited Edition of only 250, that's right 250, that were pressed.
  • This copy is in Factory Sealed Shrink Wrap.
  • The sticker only says Custom Colored Vinyl. Further research indicates the color is White Blue Splatter Vinyl.
  • This 2010 reissue was originally released in 2006.
