Description
Here for auction: Maurice Gendron with the Wiener Symphoniker play the Schumann Cello Concerto & Tchaikovsky "Rococo Variations". On Dutch Hi-Fi Stereo 835 130 AY. NM/EX+.
I have checked parts of both sides of the disc for sound quality on a Thorens TD160 super with SME Mk III arm and B&O MMC II cartridge, Roksan Kandy RA Mark III amp and B & W DM 603 floorstander's. I hope this gives a fair representation of the disc's quality in the description below.
Vinyl is in fine EX+ condition.Almost free of marks of any kind.Just a few small, light, minor "drop" marks running with the grooves when viewed in super strong light.These do not affect sound quality.There are no kinks or warps and disc lies flat on turntable.
Sound is beautifully clear and undistorted and there were no repetetive tics in the parts played.Disc play's with a lovely silent surface...In fact disc sounds really great! A very,very nice copy.
Cover is in superb NM condition.Looks great. No problems.
Label's EX+ Could see only a few light spindle marks and there are no other marks or blemishes at all.
Original inner sleeve is VG+ Considering how nice the LP and cover are it's surprising this is a bit crumpled.

Just to add: the labels do not state where record was made.If you think all Dutch pressings have "made in Holland" on the label then you may be disappointed.I think the AY code is Dutch and SAL English.This has the AY code as the main one so I think it should be Dutch.If you know better please let me as I am not 100% sure about this. Thanks.
