Description

Max Roach - "Members, Don't Git Weary" B-side Test Pressing / (Atlantic Records, SD 1510, 1968) / 12", 33 1/3 rpm, single-sided / EX 

An EX copy of the B-side of Roach's '68 release ("Equipoise;" "Members, Don't Git Weary;" "Absolutions").  Bright side with no marks, one pressing dimple (non-sounding), strong gloss; very clean play throughout with short-lived and soft crackle at start and end.  White test pressing label with date and remarks, viz. "Noisy header and lead out / ordering New Stamper 004".  Presume this was an Atlantic employee or a pressing plant supervisor.  Record sleeve bears the signature "Janet Francis".  Dead wax: ST-A-681368-A LW AT.
