Description
This is a copy of the LP War Ina Babylon by Max Romeo & The Upsetters, first pressing UK issue from 1976 on Island records ILPS 9392.
The etched matrices are I - 5 ILPS 9392 A1 EG and I - I ILPS 9392 B1 EG .
The vinyl is in Very Good Plus condition with some faint hair / handling lines. The record plays loud and clear but there is some occasional, faint background crackle, mostly during the first track on each side. The labels are clean with no stains, writing, stickers or scuffs. There are several faint spindle lines on each label.The cover is in Very Good condition. There are no tears, tape, ring wear, splits or writing. There is a little scuffing and rubbing to the spine, a sticker on the front just above the bottom edge, a small patch of sticker residue on the front and some general age discoloration to the cardboard.
The original Island Records, poly-lined, black paper inner sleeve has a few handling creases.
