Just found a bunch of Jazz, blues and soundtrack vinyl in a house on the coast of Oregon, most of the records appear to have been sparsely or not at all played. Here is a first copy on Period SPL 1207 US edition by Maxine Sullivan, one of the great jazz vocalists of the 20th century. The vinyl is near mint, still in original wax paper sleeve! The jacket has a 2" repaired back spine split and a repaired top spine, both done so they can't be seen and are repaired from the inside. Other than that, the jacket would come out at a grade of VG+ or ++. This is a very rare album, I haven't seen a US copy for quite a while, and I've been doing this for 36 years...I'm going to be listing other albums from the same group, I think the reason several have spine issues is the air at the coast, it seems to age paper quickly, luckily these were stacked together in a heated house so spine repairs will be the common theme.
