Recorded live in Sarpsborg, Norway, on Februry 28, 1990, this release is a picture disc.  It features the infamous suicide photo of former Mayhem vocalist Dead with his brains blown out and scattered all over the place by a shotgun.  The other contains a written statement by Euronymous about this event, and contains a picture of the Mayhem logo and a pistol pointing straight from the center.  The record states that it is limited to 666 copies.  A blank space was provided on the record where one would be able to write what number copy this is.  In that space, it says that this is copy 88 of the limited 666 copies available.  
The record is in mint condition.
