Description
Paul & Linda McCartney - RAM - Apple 1971 PAS 10003.
After more research it seems that this may be an early copy as the outer sleeve is laminated inside & out & the nos on the record show YEX 837-1 & YEX 837-2 and the inner sleeve is polythene lined.
We have finally decided to clear out our old albums as we have no way of listening to them anymore they have been stored unopened or used for about 30 years....! The last record we remember buying was Dire Straits Making Movies album which I will be listing eventually.
We have very differing tastes in music so there is a huge range from Michael Chapman, Neil Diamond, Bert Jansch, Roy Harper, John Renbourn, Paul McCartney, The Who, Moody Blues, Joan Armatrading..... all sorts really. Over the next few weeks I'll be listing most of them and hoping that they will again bring some pleasure to somebody.
I know nothing about the 'correct way' of describing their condition and can only tell it as I see it. Please bear in mind that these records were not bought as collectors items but to be used and enjoyed, some more so than others! Neither of us can remember any of them being jumpy or scratched, but 30 years is a long time and as I said I've no way of checking how they play now.
The sleeve is ok, a little worn on the corners & the glue has come away on the inner top right side.The inner sleeve just looks old & a bit creased. The record looks fine, hardly used as I still didn't like McCartney's voice! Please contact me if you require more pictures.
