PAUL McCARTNEY & WINGS: SUPER RARE ‘MULL OF KINTYRE’ – **ORIGINAL** 1977 UK EMI ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS **ONE SIDED 7" ACETATE**
We are pleased to offer collectors a SUPER RARE opportunity to purchase this ORIGINAL 1977 UK EMI ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS ONE SIDED 7" ACETATE for Paul McCartney & Wings Smash Hit Single ‘Mull of Kintyre’.
This SUPER RARITY is on the very rare Custom EMI ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS Label. Details of the Song Title: ‘Mull of Kintyre’, Artist: ‘Wings’, and duration: 4.44, are hand written on the label in pen. Side 2 is blank. The Acetate comes in a custom Wings ‘Mull of Kintyre’ Picture Sleeve, which the word ‘Acetate’ written in pen to the top left hand corner of the sleeve.
Turning to the grading of this SUPERB RARITY, the Custom EMI Abbey Road Studios Record Label is in clean and bright excellent condition. The 7" Acetate is in overall very good condition – there are some marks to the Acetate and the needle sticks a quarter of the way into the track. The picture sleeve is in overall very good plus condition.
One of the RAREST Official McCartney UK EMI Abbey Road 7" ACETATES to have surfaced and a FIRST TIME EVER IN STOCK. Mull of Kintyre was Paul’s most successful hit – selling in excess of 2.5 million copies alone in the UK, it was at the No 1 position for 9 weeks! One for the SERIOUS COLLECTOR - we do not expect to see this Rarity back in stock….. not to be missed.
